An
Improve Your Life AUDIO interview for you!
Do
you own a favorite pair of sweatpants or an old worn t-shirt that you
just can’t wait to put on at the end of a long, tiring day?
I do. I love my comfy clothes. Especially comfy, soft t-shirts. I love
working in them. Relaxing in them. Working out in them. Sleeping in them.
Even dressing up in them! There is nothing better than slipping into a
soft t-shirt at the end of a long day, or at the beginning of a new day.
Imagine my delight then when I got to interview two women
who make the most wonderful, comfiest and inspiring t-shirts today. Aly
Bruu and Kristine Fichera (pictured: Kristine and Aly) are the owners
and creators of Liv’n Out Loud! Clothing Company and I want
you to know about my two new friends, their clothes and their story!
This week you get to hear my interview with them and I have to
tell you, it’s fun, inspiring and full of good advice. I had a blast talking
with them and learning from them.
Aly and Kristine turned a personal tragedy into a life-changing moment
when they dared to start living lives that felt more purposeful, meaningful
and inspirational. In the interview I ask them for their three tips
on how you can create and live the life you really
want. Their advice is practical, wise and it hits the mark, just like
their clothes do.
I LOVE their clothes and their message. I personally own four Liv’n Out
Loud! t-shirts and one sweatshirt that all include bold declarations of
self-empowerment. When I wear them I feel proud, strong and very on purpose
- and I’m not the only one. Recently, Aly and Kristine were invited to
include their line of clothing in the celebrity gift bags at two very
BIG Hollywood events: the January 2007 Sundance Film Festival and
the 79th Annual Academy Awards. How cool is that!
(A lesson here: You never know what’s going to happen when you follow
your heart. So follow your heart! The surprises might just sweep you off
your feet.)
You can hear my interview with Aly and Kristine right
here. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed doing it! Please let
me know what you think by dropping me an
email.
That’s enough for now. As you read this I’m doing a little Christmas shopping
with my sweetie. It’s an annual tradition for us and I love it. We shop,
go to lunch, shop, and just spend time together. It’s one of my favorite
holiday traditions. I hope you’re having a terrific day, too.
