FAMOUS Year-End, Life-Changing, Energy-Boosting, Soul-Inspiring System
for Saying Goodbye Old Year so You Can Say Hello New Year with Gleeful
Anticipation of What's to Come!
WOW!
That's a big promise, eh? I'm having fun and I hope you feel like having
a fun, too. 2007 is coming to a close and 2008 is right around the corner.
With it comes possibility, opportunity, growth, learning, new experiences,
adventure and so much more!
I have found the trick to having the best New Year is to say goodbye to
the current year FULLY. 100%! With style. And gratitude.
Ready to go for it? Great!
Stay with me because that's what we're going to do right now.
Below are the steps - actually a system - you can use every year to complete
the year that has passed so you can let go and move on!
This is what's neat about this system...we're only going to focus on the
GOOD STUFF. No bringing up the bad stuff...not allowed!
Did you hear me? You are not allowed to bring up, dwell upon or be tempted
to go down the "this is why 2007 wasn't so hot" road.
In fact, that leads us to our first two steps in this FAMOUS process:
1. Acknowledge 2007 wasn't perfect. No year ever is.
2. Say goodbye to the "not so good stuff". All of it. Once and
for all. Put a lid on it. Seal it. And toss it out. It's over. Done with.
Finished.
There. Feel better already, right? Good. Because there's no use dragging
the icky stuff into a new year. That would be like crawling into a luxurious
bed with crisp white sheets and have dirty feet. That would be gross.
Don't crawl into the New Year with guilt, regrets or "what if's"; that
would be gross too.
Take a deep breath and know you never have to worry about all that stuff
again because it's over.
Now it's time to think about what was GREAT about 2007. Yes, I said GREAT,
because I know you had bright shining moments of brilliance. Even if you
had to make tough decisions, I bet you did so brilliantly! How couldn't
you have? You're you and you're fantastic!
OK, now for the good stuff. The sweet stuff. The stuff that's going to
leave you feeling like a winner and like you can do, be or have anything
your heart desires. Because here's the thing: you can. You're made of
good stuff and it's time to remember just how fabulous you are. You're
a warrior with lots of promise. That's you! So let's get started.
Without censoring yourself in anyway I want you to take your right hand,
lay it over your left shoulder and pat yourself on the back because in
2007 you did the following very cool, very poignant, very heart-felt,
inspiring, bold and smart things:
3. List 25 accomplishments. I don't care what they are. List them.
Did you change the cat's litter box on a regular basis? You get credit
for that! Did you make a tough decision to leave a dead-end job? You definitely
get credit for that. Did you survive a bad break up? Launch a dream? Make
a leap? Decide to do things differently or better and actually do it?
Did you l*o*se weight? Love yourself more? Play with your kids more often?
Become more patient. Do you make the best apple pie EVER? It all counts.
Come on...what made you brilliant this year?
4. Now, I want you to light a candle and stand before it with reverence
as you read your list out loud. But first, you must begin each accomplishment
on your list with the following phrase:
I am deeply grateful for my ability to: _________________( clean the cat's
litter box on a regular basis; manifest all the money I need and want;
make awesome lasagna, be a great friend, inspire thousands of people).
I am deeply and profoundly proud of myself for this accomplishment and
I know with clarity and focus there is nothing I can't do in 2008.
5. As you read each item on your list I want you to feel deep gratitude
rise up from within you so that it overtakes your entire being. I
want you to feel your heart open and your joy increase with each accomplishment
you read out loud. I want you to FEEL your accomplishments deep inside.
I want your accomplishments to take up residence in every cell of your
body. I want you to breathe in joy, peace, and gratitude. Let it fill
you.
6. Now to complete, I want you to say, (again out loud), the following:
2008 is going to be my best year ever. I can feel it deep in
my bones and in every cell of my being. 2008 will be the year I emerge
as the powerful, loving, spirit-filled woman (man) I am. Right now, in
this moment, standing before this light of spirit, I proclaim to the universe
and say YES, a resounding YES, to Good Fortune! I know it will grace my
life and for that I am grateful.
That's it, my famous year end process. What do you think? Are you willing
to give it a try? Don't hold back. Go for it. Be bold. Be a little crazy.
Here's why: You can build your future upon your failures or you can
build your future upon your successes...which do you choose? Before
you go, please remember deep in your heart and soul there is nothing you
can't do and that you ABSOLUTELY deserve soul-filled, jaw-dropping success.
