Hi there ,
It's a crazy day and week for me! My daughter feels
lucky because she is already on her first school break
so that means we have some fun plans. I also get a
date night with my husband Pete tomorrow
night!
Swinging into high gear is top priority for me right now
and I know it is for many of my new and existing
clients too. There are a lot of things that keep me on
track, including my coach and mastermind. And, I
also have a lot of "tools" that keep me on track!
One of my favorite on track
tools is my
calendar and believe me I have used ALL of them!
PDA's, day-timer, etc. Now I use a smart date
system by Russell & Hazel, based here in
Minneapolis. What I love about Russell & Hazel's
system is it's fully customizable AND downright
gorgeous!
I know a lot of you love cool "school supplies" as
much as I do so check them out at
www.russellandhazel.com. Personally I use their
signature pattern binders (above) and weekly planner
sheets. My binder is also loaded with folders,
planning books and dividers. It all fits together, works
great, is fun to work with, and like I said, pleasing to
the eye.
I've divided my binder into sections; including
calendar system, pocket folders and lots of dividers
where I organize my mind maps, mastermind info, big
picture planning and some client info. It's great to
have it all in one place. If you like what you see and
order something tell them Cari sent you!
Surrounding yourself with things you LOVE is so
important. In fact, today's article is one I've run before
but it fits in perfect with this topic. Enjoy reading,
Do WHATEVER It Takes to Love and Adore Your
Business. If you don't love your business, every
aspect of it, how can you expect anyone else to love it?
Well, that's it for me today. I'm
actually heading to the
eye doctor, I'm pretty sure my peepers need
some new specs! And, I hope you don't
mind that I kept things on the lighter side today.
Sometimes a girl just has to have fun! :)
Enjoy your weekend! Remember, say YES to
your dreams.
Love & Joy,
Cari Vollmer

"As a result of working with you I now know what I
want: to share my story and sing! This is my DREAM.
The FOCUS I got in the Passions into Profit Program
helps me see it's time to go full boar with my music
and my message!"
"I was struggling and feeling all over the place,
wondering what I should focus on and do. But you
have a way of seeing into people's souls and pulling
out of them their heartfelt desires.
You held a space for what my heart and soul wanted
and then validated me when I put my deepest burning
desires into words. You encouraged me to do what I
really wanted to do, with no excuses!
Now I have a plan. I know what my focus is for this
year and beyond.
Even though I feel scared at times I remember what
you told me about keeping my plan simple and
staying focused. I know by doing so this is going to be
the best year of my life!"

Do WHATEVER It Takes to
Love and Adore Your Business
If you're one the lucky ones you get to wake up in the
morning and head into your day feeling on top of the
world because you're doing exactly what you want to
be doing in your life.
You own your own business, run your own show, and
you love every minute of it. Or do you?
No matter what size business you own: big, small,
new, established, take a quick look around and ask
yourself if you truly LOVE every aspect of your
business?
Do you love your website? Logo? Design?
Do you love how you've set up your service and
product offerings? Are you working with people you
truly care about and enjoy being around?
Does this conversation feel frivolous to you? I mean,
bottom line, isn't owning your own business all about
freedom and money? Well, kind of. Certainly those
things are important.
But here's the thing...by owning your own business
you have the opportunity to share your heart and soul
with others. If there are parts of your business you're
not crazy about it means there are parts of your
business where love isn't. And anyplace
love isn't is the place you lose the opportunity to
authentically connect with the outside world.
So take a look around and see what areas of your
business need to be infused with a little love. It'll
resonate.
