Hi there! Miami was terrific (the colors of the ocean and beaches were gorgeous, see left) and Monday I got word that I was accepted into Fabienne Fredrickson's Sacred Circle MasterMind program. OK, so this is something I shy away from talking about in my life or with my family and friends and that is the state of the economy. I just don't like going there. However, it seems as though all this news has a way of reaching all of us so today I thought I'd share a few personal reflections about this topic in lieu of a brand new article. Your MINDSET regarding the economy is of utmost importance now. Most importantly it's a time to remember that your POWER is within you, not outside of you. The best thing that could come out of this economic reset is to bring our nation back into alignment with our CORE POWER. That's the only place we'll find true security. Read more below...

You know what? This weekend is WIDE open for me. I'm so happy about that! We have a lull in my daughter's sport action and we're not planning on traveling anywhere. I have four trips scheduled before next June so quiet weekends are something I need to do for myself in order to reset my inner self after lots of activity.

I hope you have a great weekend too. Remember to say yes to your dreams and the divine guidance you receive in connection to your dreams. YES, can be a very power-filled word. :)

Personal Reflections about the Economy

Caroline Myss recently wrote an article regarding the economy for her newsletter subscribers. I think her perspective on the state of our union is one of the best I've yet to hear. You can read it right here.

She talks about our economic situation as the Divine Chaos that takes place when we have gotten out of touch with something very important...our own internal power to create security and freedom in our lives.

Whenever we put our focus "out there", we lose our power...sometimes in a big way. For a long time in this country we've stood by as our home prices increased and banks were lending more money than they should have been. We didn't say no, and most of us benefited in some way.

But things got out of whack. For some reason many of us weren't willing or able to see that higher home prices and "easy money" from lenders didn't align well with REALITY. What made us turn a blind eye? Did our greed get the best of us? Did we put our faith and trust in a system that we shouldn't have?

The gift of chaos is that it has the power to return us to our inner power and strength. Remember how the country pulled together after 9/11 or Hurricane Katrina? Remember the power-filled actions taken by individuals across the nation?

Divine Chaos is the gift the universe gives to remind us of one very important truth...our freedom, security, peace, love, and prosperity is already within us. It does not lie out there or in the hands of others. It lies in our own hands.

Now is the time to ask yourself important questions, especially so if you've been negatively impacted by the recent economic turn of events. If you don't like what you're seeing or how you're living or how the economy has impacted you, what are you going to do now?

Are you just sick and tired enough to start your own mini revolution and declare enough is enough? And if you did, what would take the place of everything in your life that isn't working?

Now is the time to ask yourself one very power-filled question:

What do I really, really, really want?

Say YES to THAT and then listen very closely to divine guidance. What are you being told to do? What is the way for you to prosper, be happy and healthy and keep love alive, even in a period of divine chaos?

Your freedom and security and anything else you want lies within YOU, not outside of you.

You have every right to want what you want and you have every right to go after what you want. The way there is already in you.
