I had such a good time last weekend hanging out with my family and friends. YES, I did go shopping. NO, I didn't find those cool boots I was looking for but I did score some great clearance at The Gap. Here I am with my daughter Kasie (left) and my friend Donna (right) enjoying a mini-bonfire, complete with ice cream, in our backyard. Don't you just love a casual weekend?

I was thinking of all of you that own your own business or aspire to own your own business. In my humble opinion there is no better lifestyle. Both my husband and I own our own business and we love it. Sure, being business owners has its own share of challenges, but the freedom to call our own shots is second to none. Even though we have both been known to work long hours we also take time off when needed as we're doing this week to enjoy some extra time off with our daughter before school starts.

Whether you own a business or not, the LIFESTYLE question is a very good question to ask. What LIFESTYLE do you most desire? Figuring that out then living your life accordingly is a very powerful move. Say NO to living by DEFAULT. You get to create your life experience as you wish. Be happy with your choices - no matter what they are - they are yours. You get to decide what's right for you.

Living fully in your power is partly the result of asking very good questions. Below is a list of my top 10, all-time favorite, life-changing questions that will help you create the life and business you most want. Ask and then listen. You might really be surprised by what you hear!
