A Personal Note from Cari

Hi,

A few weeks ago I teased you and said I have a big announcement. Well, it's time to let the cat out of the bag!

Last fall the “super site” of personal growth sites, SelfGrowth.com, contacted personal growth experts from around the country and asked for our participation in a series of books, 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, Vol. I and II. I was proud to be asked and thrilled when I found out one of my articles had been accepted in Volume II, along with one of my all time favorite personal growth experts, Jack Canfield (of Chicken Soup for the Soul acclaim).

On Tuesday I received a box containing my allotted copies of the book and felt so proud to see my name in print, along with other respected individuals in the personal growth industry. You can read more about this book and order your personally autographed copy below! I hope that you do! I was reading several of the articles last night and they are very insightful; offering tips on everything from how-to manifest your desires to how-to deal with unwanted opinions (my article). This book will make a strong addition to your personal growth library.

This week’s brand new article was inspired by the experience I had when I gave a copy of the book to my good friend and neighbor, Donna. The topic, “does the idea of improving your life feel a little scary”, is one I can definitely relate to, as I’m sure many of you can too. (Is this topic one of the LifeOnTrack Principles we’ve been covering? It fits perfectly! You’ll see what I mean when you read the article.)

Here in the states we’ll be celebrating Labor Day. That means a long weekend! I’ll be spending it on a home remodeling project and FUN! Not sure what we’re going to do yet but we’re making a day of it. Can’t wait!

Wishing you happiness and success,

PS. Order your personally autographed copy of 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, Vol. II, below. I’m releasing copies of this book to my subscribers before the official launch in a few weeks. I hope you enjoy it! NOTE: Currently, I can only ship within the U.S. and Canada. However, when the book is officially released in a few weeks I will be able to ship internationally. Stay tuned!

What Can You Do When the Idea of Improving Your Life Feels a Little Scary?

With the recent release of 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, Vol. II, I was thrilled to receive my personal copies of the book.

As a contributing author of the book I was proud to be asked for my participation and thrilled my name wound up alongside many personal growth experts I personally admire; Jack Canfield, Bob Proctor, John Gray, and many more.

The day I received my books I proudly handed a copy to my friend, Donna. She was thrilled for me. She’s been a big supporter and cheerleader of mine and was the exact perfect person to give my first copy to. She curiously leafed through the pages. Excitedly asked to see my chapter in the book. And smiled with joy at the joy I was feeling.

As she was walking away, she read the title, “101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life”, and gave me a sideway smile and said, “you know, that’s what I’m afraid of. It scares me to think I have to reinvent the wheel, yet again”.

Her words of fear, spoken so truthfully and heartfelt, made me realize how true this must be for many people, maybe even to many of you reading right now.

First let me tell you, I totally get it. The idea of “improving your life” sounds like a very BIG undertaking. Since I too set out to “improve my life” several years ago I understand the fear that goes along with digging deep, gaining clarity and letting go of the tried and true for only the possibility a better, more authentic life awaits.

Improving Your Life is a BIG deal. I think most people want to improve their life on some level but doing so can feel like a daunting task. Making the decision to do so is a decision you can and should be proud of.

I offer the following words of wisdom and tips from a deep personal understanding of what’s involved in improving your life, or as I say, to get your life on track, once and for all.

These very simple words of wisdom and tips were shared with me when I started the journey to improve my life. I repeat these wise mantras OFTEN, even to this day. They give me perspective, take the edge off and allow me to keep moving forward. They support the LifeOnTrack Principles I live by and have been sharing with you. I hope they help you too.
