A Personal Note from Cari

Hi There,

You know what makes my day? Hearing my daughter practice her guitar. She just started lessons and she's doing really well (and I'm not at all biased). Here she is strumming away.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... I've always been a big dreamer. But to tell you the truth, my BIG DREAM actually STOPPED me from making true progress more than once. Looking back at why this happened is very clear to me now... I had a belief that in order to create my big dream I had to take BIG ACTIONS and do "everything just right".

Do you see the trouble with that? I didn't for a long time UNTIL I decided (out of sheer frustration) to s-l-o-w myself down and take things one step at a time. I narrowed my focus, picked a few goals, and took consistent action. I also gave myself permission to be less than perfect. (I'm still working on that one but I have made proges! ;) )

Sometimes big dreams do require a leap or two. But not all the time. Focusing on a few strategic actions will get you where you want to go, when done consistently.

Instead of pressuring yourself into making a huge leap, consider narrowing your focus and taking things one step at a time. If you need help finding your focus my new Feel Great NOW! E-Course will show you how it's done! (And when you sign up you'll even have me as your coach to guide your way.)

As always, I'm so glad that you're here. I need to workout some writer's cramp so I'm going to walk around one of the many beautiful lakes we have here in the Twin Cities with my friend Joy. Fresh air, water and good friends... what a great, feel good, combination!

:) Smiles to you and as always...

Wishing you happiness and success,

PS. Almost forgot! This week's brand new article is actually a BIG LIST OF IDEAS for Living a Feel Good Life! I hope it gives you some ideas!
