15 years prior to making the leap to independence and self-employment
I worked in "corporate America". I was often recognized
for professional excellence and as a top sales performer during
my career. The recognition I received taught me something

with the best of who I was naturally.
Even
though I was awarded accolades for my performance and
the results I created I realized spending my life doing
a "great
job" for someone else wasn't what I wanted – I

and the launch of LifeOnTrack™ I had a series of life
events that awakened this desire even more: the birth of my
daughter and the death of my very beloved mother. Both of
these events taught me one thing – life is precious

be a loss for me and those closest to me.

believe we all have a unique purpose in life and possess
the talents and passions needed to fulfill that purpose.
My passion and the mission of LifeOnTrack™ is to "empower individuals
to create extraordinary, self-directed lives." My wish
is for all individuals to lead a life they find natural and
purposeful, peaceful and fulfilling.
In
order to best support the work I do I've completed a
comprehensive coaches training program through the Coaches
Training Institute. I also have a love of learning and
continue to take part in leadership and intuitive development
programs offered in the Twin Cities area and around the
country. I am an avid reader and stay current on many
topics. I am committed to my personal growth and well-being
and love to share what’s worked
for me with others.

of International Dairy Queen, Inc. and served as its
vice president of Human Resources and Meeting &
